Return Policy

At All Solutions Lotus, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If, unexpectedly, this is not the case, we are happy to help you further.


Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.

After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.


Conditions

To process a return, we ask you for the following:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The packaging is undamaged and intact

For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of certain products:

  • Opened or used products, such as essential oils
  • Products with broken seals

Return Costs

The costs for returning are at your own expense.

This also applies if your order was originally delivered with free shipping.


Refund

Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

We may wait with a refund until we have received the product or you have demonstrated that it has been shipped.


Damaged or incorrect product

Has your order arrived damaged or did you receive an incorrect product?
